Asia Cement, Ya Tung Ready Mixed Concrete, and Ya Li Precast Debut Jointly at 2026 Build for NextGen Expo

Cross-Industry Integration: Delivering End-to-End Low-Carbon and Smart Building Solutions from Raw Materials to Construction

TAIPEI, TAIWAN – In response to the dual imperatives of net-zero transition and intelligent construction, Asia Cement Corporation (ACC), alongside its subsidiaries Ya Tung Ready Mixed Concrete Corporation and Ya Li Precast Co., Ltd., teamed up with Far EasTone Telecommunications to participate in the "2026 Build for NextGen International Sustainable Smart Building and Smart Building Materials Exhibition." The joint exhibit took place from September 1 to 4 at Booth A15, Section A, Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1.

Beginning with ACC’s low-carbon materials, the Far Eastern Group pavilion seamlessly linked Ya Tung’s low-carbon concrete, Ya Li’s industrialized precast construction methods, and Far EasTone’s smart building operation systems. This collaborative setup showcased Far Eastern Group’s powerful cross-industry synergy, offering a holistic low-carbon and intelligent solution spanning materials manufacturing, concrete production, modular construction, and building operations.

On the opening day, Douglas Hsu, Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) of Far Eastern Group, visited the exhibition to review the group’s practical applications across low-carbon building materials, smart manufacturing, and advanced technologies. Commending the companies for leveraging innovative technologies to meet future construction demands, Hsu remarked: "Innovation is the true spirit of Far Eastern Group. Facing rapid industry and environmental shifts, the Group continues to integrate the expertise and technology of its business entities, translating innovation into real-world applications to drive sustainability and future-ready growth in the construction sector."

Marking its debut at the smart building expo, ACC centered its presentation on the concept of "From Material to Operation." ACC continues to invest in process decarbonization and eco-friendly product development, offering Portland Limestone Cement (PLC) and Masonry Cement. The company has completed carbon footprint verification across its entire product line, obtained validation for its SBTi 1.5°C science-based targets, and earned top "A" list ratings from CDP for both Climate Change and Supplier Engagement.

Leveraging ACC's low-carbon cement, Ya Tung Ready Mixed Concrete developed "LoopCon Low-Carbon Concrete," achieving carbon reductions ranging from 30% to 70% while enhancing quality control and carbon transparency through digital tracking certificates. Meanwhile, Ya Li Precast utilizes off-site factory manufacturing and on-site assembly to boost construction efficiency, extending low-carbon materials into practical building applications. Finally, by integrating Far EasTone’s AI, AIoT, digital twin, and energy management technologies, the group extends sustainability into the building operations phase, optimizing energy efficiency and operational performance to deliver future-proof, sustainable smart building solutions.
